Oftentimes the only disney clothing available at all price ranges are plain old t-shirts. As much as we all like a comfortable and reliable tee, sometimes they are just so blah and boring!

I immediately fell in love with the beautiful Snow White design on this tank top, its very vintage looking. I am not a huge fan of tank tops so I wanted to make it stand out and be fun.IMG_3409

So I took it with me to my favorite thrift store to try and find some sleeves to add on. I found a great shirt with gold sequin sleeves that perfectly complimented the shirt, for $3.

I made this shirt before I decided to start a blog so I don’t have any pictures during the process but it was really simple.
First I seam ripped the sleeves off of the shirt I bought, then pinned them onto the Snow White shirt. I did one time around on the sewing machine and I was done. It’s literally as simple as that!

This adorable Snow white tank is from boxlunch.com. They no longer have it available (one of the drawbacks of finding the best deals) but I did find a similar one at Disneyland ($39.99 not budget friendly) if you decide that you just have to have this particular design. I saw it at the Emporium in the little section where they have all the jewelry, if you hit Carnation CafĂ© you’ve gone too far.
