Disney Hacks

Going to Disney all the time can sometimes have us spending unnecessary money and struggling with simple tasks that are so easy to do at home.

I wanted to give you guys a quick list of Disney Hacks, that will make life at the parks a little easier!

We all like to do our outfit changes and this can get messy, and your clothes can get wrinkly, and it can be hard to keep it all together. Whether you are changing because of the weather or because you have brand rep pictures that need to be taken, this bag will help you keep your clothes together and easy to get to. Plus with this clear bag, you get to breeze right through security. Since it is clear on both sides, I have never even had to unzip mine, just took it out of my backpack.

Buying a Disney treat every now and again is so much fun, but when you go to Disney several times a week, that can drain your bank account. That’s not even including meals. You can definitely bring your own treats to save some money, and I highly suggest that! ha ha But an easy way to make an ordinary treat magical is with this cute little Goofy bag. I only discovered it because I went into the candy shop on main street to grab a cute little mickey pumpkin, and while holding Jasmin, she pulled it off the wall.

I looked at the candy prices on the wall. $12 a lb! I took the little bag home and got a lb of colorful candy at the dollar store. Now we  had a fun bag of Disney magic to take on our next trip. I kept the baggie to use it over and over again.

Another sweet treat you can take to Disney are these little Miss Jones Baking Company cake in a cup’s. With only a tablespoon and a teaspoon of water and a few seconds in the Baby care center microwave you have an easy, low calorie treat.  I didn’t get crazy and bring frosting for it or anything, but it’s tasty either way.

The last thing I wanted to share from our Hack day at Disneyland is this incredible skirt. I saw this skirt on a blogger a few months ago and completely fell in love. I checked the site listed and it was all sold out. I signed up for the mailing list to be notified if it came back in stock… it never did. Being the stubborn person that I am, I did not leave it at that. I checked amazon, my go-to for Disney Bounding and life really, and with a little sleuthing, I was able to find the same skirt. They even had three different color options and it was $4 cheaper than the other one.

Here is the link for this fantastic and unique tiered skirt. It was perfect for all the colorful backdrops we found at Disney. And somehow, I miraculously found a matching dress for Jasmin at Savers just days before I wanted to debut this outfit!

I really enjoyed wearing this skirt, but feel like it should have had a zipper instead of elastic. All those fabric layers are very heavy and as a mom who often has a baby on my hip, the skirt kept sliding down. I also had to size up twice to get the length I wanted. So if you are tall and carry a baby often, this skirt may not be for you.
