Jungle Cruise Mickey T-shirt DIY

Mickey’s 90th Birthday is on Sunday and we have had fun celebrating all month long in anticipation for this joyous event!

While I am a fan of Mickey style, red is certainly not my favorite color. That’s why I have come up with a few Mickey outfits using other color schemes.

When I saw the popular animal print Mickey shirt from H&M I was instantly drawn to it for the simple readon that it was nuetral colored and a unique perspective on Mickey style.

This DIY could not be easier, so if you wanted that shirt but they didn’t have your size, or are out of stock, you are in luck!

First I made an outline of Mickey on a piece of paper and cut it out.

Next I pinned it to a piece of animal print fabric. ( I got this sweater at Savers for $2)

Cut and fabric glue to your T-shirt.

Easy peasy lemon squeazy!

I bought our T-shirts at the craft store for about $4 each, but you can get plain tees at Walmart or your local thrift store.

I paired the shirt with my crazy amazing animal print skirt (bought from Savers last year) and had a fun and unique Mickey outfit that needed minimal accessories. I’m excited to wear this again and cruise Adventureland in it!

These are the Reuban Potato Tots from the Holiday Favorites booth in DCA for the Festival of Holidays. It’s $6.75 and it was heavenly!!!
